The Tofu Pudding


(hmmm…. yummy…..^^)

This recipe was given by my neighbor few years ago. It’s suitable to serve in Summer Time because of its fresh taste. Why is it called the tofu pudding? Because its shape is like tofu, although the main ingredient is milk.
So… how to make it? It’s so simple, guys… Here are they…

Ingredients :



  • Evaporated Filled Milk -->>2 cups (400 gram)
  • Agar-agar powder -->>1 sachet
  • Sugar -->> 2 teaspoon
  • Salt -->> 1 teaspoon
  • Water -->> 3 glasses (750 ml)
  • Orange Syrup
  • Fruit Cocktail -->> 1 cup

Directions :
  1. Mix evaporated milk, agar-agar powder, salt, sugar, and water in a pan. Scramble it.
  2. Put the pan on the stove. Scramble the milk.
  3. Remove from the stove.
  4. Pour into pudding cup.
  5. Cool it in a refrigerator.
  6. After cooling it, pour orange syrup into the pudding.
  7. Cool it back in a refrigerator and allow to stand about 30 minutes.
  8. Put the pudding on the plate.
  9. Just before serving add fruit cocktail in the center of the pudding.
  10. Ready to serve.
(for 10 persons).
